Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Item should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Unboxing video is compulsory for verification.
- Products with custom stitching, fall/pico, or any alterations are not eligible.

- Attach the unboxing video as proof
Our team will review your request and guide you further.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer.
💰 4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products bought during sale or special offers.
- Customized or altered sarees.
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We provide free shipping all over India.
Standard delivery time is 5 to 9 days from the order date.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in areas where delivery agencies operate.
